9.3 Maximum Liability. winwinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winwinph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. winwinph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or civil unrest.
